About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their resourcing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate assessments.
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably within a resourcing firm.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional client visits.

Our agency is in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
